Adult Fitness Boot Camp 1 (North Sherwood Forest Community Park)
Camp provides an intense, high-impact cardiovascular and strength training workout that maximizes ability to reach fitness or weight loss goals. Ages 16 and older. [+] Expand
Gymnastics (Plank Road Park)
Teaches beginner to advanced levels of gymnastics skills through a series of organized drills and strength programs. Students develop flexibility, strength, balance, coordination and self-confidence. [+] Expand
