Mother Goose: Zachary

Learn rhymes, songs and stories with your child. Staff will focus on teaching new moms. We will utilize our adult leisure centers to gather volunteers to run this program monthly.

Dance2Fit

DANCE2FIT is a choreographed hip hop class with fitness moves incorporated in the routines such as squats, jumping jacks, lunges, burpees etc. High intense interval training and AB routines can be added towards the end of class.

This class offers a fun, low-impact workout that incorporates belly dance movements including warm-up, stretching, and toning with light dumbbells, and stretch bands.

Martial Arts class teaches how to exercise the mind, body and spirit through karate and martial arts movements. In addition to self-defense skills, participants learn self-discipline, self-confidence and positive social behaviors

Senior Leisure & Game Day

This program is a combination of two previous programs: Walk 2B Fit Senior Walking and Recreation Game Days. Participants start their morning with a lap or two around the walking track and then move into the facility where they are provided with various games (bingo, dominoes, puzzles, etc.) The program activities are lead by the Seniors attending the program.
