Saturnian Opposition

Saturn will be exactly 180 degrees from the Sun, rising as the Sun is setting. We will then be the closest to Saturn this year! The ringed beauty (on this date in the constellation Sagittarius) is always a delight. Sometimes a viewer can spy contrasts in the upper cloud deck, as well as the largest moon Titan.
