The fitness facilities provide affordable and convenient workout options for the community, including gym services, aerobics classes and senior citizen programs. BREC also offers fitness and wellness classes to people throughout the parish in recreational center programming.

Individual Monthly Pass: $15 per month
Individual Yearly Pass: $120 per year
Family Pass(Up to 3 people): $40 per month
Additional Family member: $10 per month
Individual Weekly Pass: $12 per week

Walk & Talk: Antioch

This program is designed for adults to interact with each other in the park. Staff will participate with adults ages 55 and older to set goals to maintain their healthy lifestyle. Stay fit while getting a brisk outdoor walk!

This is a fun-filled class that varies and combines toning, stretching and strength training exercises for a complete body workout.

  • BREC to Celebrate the Completion of Its First Boat Launch at Highland Road Community Park

    On Sunday, October 15 BREC will host a ribbon cutting and open house for the recently completed Highland Road Boat Launch located at 14024 Highland Road. The boat launch is located near the baseball fields. The event will begin with a ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. immediately followed by canoe and kayak tours, a food truck, nature talks and more running until 4 p.m.
