Register your child, ages 7-12, now for Winter Wonders Camp at Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center, 10503 N. Oak Hills Pkwy. The camp runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Dec. 21-22. Campers will be treated to nature-based activities such as arts and crafts, live animal encounters, hikes, games and a themed afternoon snack. Non-denominational themes will focus on nature and the winter season. Each day will be comprised of different activities. Campers will need to bring a bag lunch and drink each day. Fee is $40 for parish residents and $48 for out-of-parish residents. Extended care is available for an extra $10 for early drop-off beginning at 7:30 a.m. and late pick-up until 5:30 p.m. Advanced registration is required. Call 225-757-8905 for more information.
