BREC's new Administration Offices are located on Florida Blvd. at Ardenwood
This was an existing commercial building in the heart of mid city. The building and land were donated to BREC for administrative offices and park land. This was the largest donation ever made to BREC, and the value of the building and site was placed $5,120,000. The site composes 20.5 acres of land with a two story building having a total of 145,610 sq.ft.
The architecture firm of Robert M. Coleman and Partners, Architects AIA was contracted to design the renovation for the new administration offices for BREC.
The remodeled building houses all of BREC's administration offices, Commission meeting rooms, warehouse space, a public fitness center, and rentable ballroom. In addition, there are spaces designated for possible future office tenants and small retail shops surrounded by a lush green park.
