Planning Process:
This is a 2-1/2 acre plat that we have owned since the 90's. We chose to give this growing community a walk-to park with a 1/5 mile exercise trail, a covered shelter, picnic tables, benches, and an expansive open play area.This a beautiful piece of property that affords differing views and opportunities for sun and shade amongst mature trees.

The grand opening of the Congress Blvd. Neighborhood Park was held August 2, 2005 and the new park proved to be a growing hit among its users.
