PRIDE SPORTS LEAGUES The BREC Team Sports Department offers summer sports leagues at Pride Park, located at 15971 Pride-Port Hudson Road at the intersection of Liberty Road in Pride. The leagues are very competitive and well supported by communities of Pride and Zachary. The Pride Sports Leagues give residents of communities in northern East Baton Rouge Parish the opportunity to participate in BREC Team Sports without having to travel to Baton Rouge. Pride Park is a 10.15 acre facility  that contains a recreation center, playground, tennis court, outdoor basketball court, picnic area, and the Emmit Smith Baseball Diamond. Rain Outs/Rescheduled Games





Rainout Procedures for all BREC League Sports are as follows:

• The Rainout Hotline number is (225) 273-0657 and is operable after 4 p.m. until 5 p.m. on rainout days.
• Official scorers will contact coaches when a game is rained out after 5 p.m. when possible.
• Coaches are asked to contact parents and players
• If a player does not hear from a coach, the player is asked to arrive at the designated field at the designated time of the contest
• Please use the Rainout Hotline. Do not call the BREC Office. BREC cannot give out the phone numbers of the official scorers.
• Rainouts may be scheduled with less than 24-hours notice.
