Join us for 30 minutes of bodyweight workouts followed by 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing while building stamina, changing the composition of the body and burning calories. Body weight exercises mixed with cardio improves your cardiovascular endurance and your muscle strength together so grab your water bottle, a workout partner and get ready to work!
