Pilates combines low-impact strength exercises concentrating on posture, balance and flexibility which develops through muscular efforts stemming from the core. Similar to yoga, Pilates encourages deep, conscious breathing which also gives the exercise therapeutic and preventative benefits. This class is open to all levels of ability.
