The fitness-based dance party is coming back to Antioch! Before classes officially start, a free one-day pop up Zumba class will be offered for ages 16 and up. Not familiar with Zumba? Come try out the Latin-inspired, calorie-burning and dance fitness class which fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow aerobic moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program.
