Youth 360

This is an after school program designed to provide recreation, including health and wellness activities for children. Participants will engage in fun activities in a safe environment, as well as enjoying physical activities and healthy snacks provided through a partnership with Big Buddy. Homework time is also provided.

After School Junior Tennis Program: Independence

If you are looking for a sport that your child can play for the rest of their life, tennis could be the answer. This program offers a four-week session for beginners. Options are available for one or two days per week (Mondays and/or Wednesdays).

Hearts & Hooves Therapeutic Riding Program

Riders ages six and older with disabilities participate in a six-week session of riding lessons tailored to their needs. Enjoy a one hour class on horseback learning stretching exercises, basic equitation and games. Horseback riding is known to improve core strength and coordination and provide a unique social opportunity with peers. Maximum class sizes of 10 riders, with three instructors and up to three volunteer assistants per rider.

Participants engage in fun, outdoor, recreational games designed to enhance physical movement skills and coordination. This program facilitates an environment for weekly, non-league, pick-up, backyard type fun games including kickball, dodgeball and other outdoor recreational games as voted on by the participants.

DANCE2FIT is a choreographed hip hop class with fitness moves incorporated in the routines such as squats, jumping jacks, lunges, burpees etc. High intense interval training and AB routines can be added towards the end of class.
