Imagine Your Parks Capital Improvement Program

Imagine Your Parks allowed BREC to transform what had become an aging park system into one that now features 12 community parks, five dog parks, Liberty Lagoon Water Park, splash pads, skate parks, fishing ponds, improved playgrounds, a new conservation area, a growing trails system and a mobile recreation unit.
