Whoopers in Wildlife: Discuss the Reintroduction of Whooping Cranes in Louisiana at Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center

EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH—Join the Baton Rouge Audubon Society for a presentation on reintroducing Whooping Cranes to Louisiana Sept. 29 at 6:15 p.m. at BREC's Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center, 10503 N. Oak Hills Parkway.

Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries biologists Sara Zimorski and Carrie Salyers will discuss the recent Whooping Crane reintroduction effort in Louisiana. In addition, Zimorski and Slayers will discuss the project's progress and future plans and objectives.

Baton Rouge Audubon Society Members may attend the discussion for free, and general admission applies for all nonmembers.
