• November 2020 - Project in bidding
• February 2021 - 15% Complete, project underway and roof completed
• March 2021 - 20% Complete, construction continuing
• April 2021 - 40% Complete, abatement completed, construction continuing
• June 2021 - 80% Complete, renovation construction continuing
• July 2021 - 90% Complete, renovation construction continuing.
• August 2021 - 95% Complete, renovation construction continuing.
• November 2021 - 98% Complete, project is substantally completed, contractor is working on punch list items.
• February 2022 - 99% Complete, final inspections in February.
• May 2022- 100% Complete, building is completed. Recreation to take hold of building from P&E.
