Please follow these guidelines to help everyone enjoy a safe and fun experience. Failure to do so may result in removal for the safety of all.

  • Adult Supervision Required: Children under 16 must be actively supervised by an adult (18+). All adults must present valid photo ID.
  • Lifeguard Authority + Emergencies: Follow all lifeguard instructions. They enforce rules for everyone’s safety. Report injuries or emergencies immediately.
  • Enter Water Safely: Enter cautiously, pool depths vary by location. Always walk on deck; no running or diving.
  • Play Respectfully: No rough play, dunking, jumping on others, or hyperventilation breath-holding games. Be kind, stay safe.
  • Wear Proper Swim Gear: Proper swimwear is required, no cutoffs, undergarments, or street clothes. Swim diapers are mandatory for non-potty-trained children (use restrooms for changes).
  • Use Approved Flotation Only: Only BREC-issued lifejackets or flotation devices are allowed. Ask a lifeguard if you need one.
  • Language + Behavior Standards: Use respectful language. Threatening, foul, or offensive words and aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Facility Safety Zones: Stay away from pool drains and covers. No animals allowed except leashed service animals with approved ID or vests on the deck (not in the water). These service animals must be under control and cleaned up after at all times.
