BioBlitz

Grab your field guides and boots and join BREC naturalists and local scientists as we document the diversity of life, or “biodiversity”, of Greenwood Community Park. This is a full 24 hour event starting on Friday and ending Saturday afternoon where experts and citizen scientists will search on land and water to find and identify as many species as humanly possible.

For those who have completed First Swing or Intermediate Level clinics for Young Professionals, this is when the PGA Instructor takes them on to the course and coaches them in how to play golf.

Student Horse Show

Watch students compete in Western and English riding events. Classes include: equitation over fences and on the flat, barrel racing, pole bending, trail, Western horsemanship and showmanship. Open to the public.

Stick Horse Rodeo

Participants will compete in rodeo events in a miniature rodeo arena on stick horses. The events are: Bronco Riding, Bull Riding, Pole Bending, Barrel Racing and a Flag Race. Bring your own stick horse or borrow one of ours!
