Small Business Opportunity Program (SBOP)
Connecting Businesses. Creating Opportunities. Driving Growth.
The Small Business Opportunity Program (SBOP) is designed to help local businesses navigate BREC’s procurement process and gain access to contracting and partnership opportunities at BREC and within East Baton Rouge Parish. Whether you’re a new entrepreneur, a growing small business, or an established company, SBOP provides the resources, training, and connections you need to successfully become a vendor with BREC.
