2024 Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest Registration

Complete the form below to pre-register for the Howl-O-Ween (previously know at Trick and Treat) costume contest at Forest Community Park. The event will take place on Friday, October 14 at 5 p.m. with the contest beginning around 6 p.m. All registrants will be contacted regarding the official start time for the contest! If you will be entering multiple dogs into the costume contest, please complete a form for each dog.
