Report a Park Issue

Noticed something that needs attention at one of our parks? We’ve made it easy for you to let us know.

Use our online service request form to report maintenance issues such as broken equipment, overflowing trash cans, fallen trees, or other concerns. Once you submit the form, your report goes into our service request system, AssetWorks, where it’s assigned to the appropriate maintenance district for resolution.

This system helps us respond more efficiently and ensures that your feedback gets to the right team.
