Description
This 4-week dance workshop invites students to explore movement, creativity, and self-expression in a fun and supportive environment. Dancers will learn foundational techniques, rhythm, and coordination while discovering how movement can communicate ideas, emotions, and energy.
Each week focuses on building confidence, musicality, and body awareness through guided exercises, creative challenges, and choreography. Students will develop strength, flexibility, and control while learning to move with purpose and intention.
This workshop is designed to help dancers grow individually and as part of a group, encouraging teamwork, focus, and creativity. No prior dance experience is required — just curiosity, commitment, and a love for movement.
