Pool Pawty Vendor Registration

Thank you for choosing to participate in BREC's End of Summer Dog Pool Pawty event as a vendor on September 12. The event will take place at BREC's Liberty Lagoon Water Park from 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM. We are currently in the process of looking for local pet service businesses to attend as exhibitors.

Each organization will be asked to provide their own tent, table, power (if necessary) and promotional items to hand out at the event.
We encourage you to share your plan for attendance with all your customers, friends and family to help further promote the event.

Rules and Regulations:

If you are a shelter or rescue organization, all animals must be confined in suitable containers or fencing that provides a clear and unobstructed view of the contents. Exhibitor assumes all liabilities and/or and obligations whatsoever due to damage caused by animals, faulty displays, improper containers or anything brought by exhibitor.
BREC reserves the right to alter or change the space assigned to an exhibitor, to alter or remove exhibits or any part thereof, including printed materials, product, signs, lights or sound, and to expel exhibitor or their personnel if their conduct or presentation is objectionable to other participants.
Exhibitor agrees not to make undue noise or odor, use hazardous lights, cause damage to the grounds or booth equipment, or act in any manner deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.
Exhibitor agrees to be open and staffed during all show hours.
Exhibitor agrees to conform to Baton Rouge Fire Department, Baton Rouge Health Department, and rules and regulations. Visit brla.gov.
Exhibitor agrees to assume all responsibility for loss, theft, or destruction of goods or for personal injuries to himself, his employees, agents, representatives or visitors. He/she will hold harmless BREC and their respective directors, officials, agents and employees, of each of the above entities, with respect to their acts in the course of their employment, but only as related to the Event.
Any photos, video, or audio taken at the event are the property of BREC and can be used by BREC for any form of advertising or promotion in the future.
Set-Up times and details will be provided prior to the event. All vendors will be required to be set up and ready 15 minutes prior to start of the event.

Agreements By checking this box you read and agree to the above rules and regulations. By checking this box you agree to be in attendance of End of Summer Dog Pool Pawty and will notify BREC staff seven (7) days in advance should you not be able to attend. Please select at least one option
