Full Moon Fete Trunk & Treat Business + Organization Participant

Thank you for your interest in participating in BREC's 2025 Full Moon Fete Trunk or Treat taking place Saturday, October 25 from noon-3 p.m. at BREC's Independence Community Park. 

What is a Trunk and Treat?

Trunk or Treats offer a fun twist on traditional trick-or-treating! Kids can go car to car collecting candy from creatively decorated trunks, all in one festive and safe location. Along with the Trunk or Treat Trail, this year’s event will also feature plenty of children’s activities, food, costumed characters, and more!

Trunk and Treat Details

• There is no cost for a business or individual to participate, except the cost of the treats you’ll distribute from your trunk.
• Trunks can be decorated, and costumes are encouraged – in fact, there will be prizes for the best trunks at the event, voted on by each attendee!
• Make sure you have enough candy and/or giveaways to last the entirety of the event. Based on last year's attendance we anticipate 3000-4000 kids in attendance and would recommend you plan to distribute at least 1 item per person. Businesses may distribute promotional items in lieu of or in addition to distributing candy
• In addition to having your trunk and treats, you’ll also need staff or friends/family to distribute the goodies to the kids. (1) person must be present at your trunk during the event.
• All trunks must be set up and ready to distribute no later than 11:15 a.m.
• All trunk participants are guaranteeing their attendance from start to finish of the event. No car may exit the Trunk or Treat area until the event is over to ensure the safety of all kids, patrons and staff in the area.
• There is a maximum of 100 trunks available to participate, so be sure to sign up early to reserve your space!
• For business and organization participation only - Are you an individual looking to participate in this year's event? Be a part of Full Moon Fete by attending as a volunteer! • No political advertising, campaigning, or influencing of any kind will be permitted for participating organizations and businesses. Let’s keep the focus on fun and community!
