News BREC to Host Final Public Meeting on City-Brooks Community Park Master Plan September 17

BREC will hold its final public meeting for the City-Brooks Community Park Master Plan on Thursday, September 17, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Milton J. Womack Ballroom at BREC Headquarters, 6201 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA.

This meeting marks the conclusion of the public engagement process for the project. Planning firm, Sasaki, will provide a brief presentation on its final recommendations, followed by an opportunity for community members to share feedback directly with the project team. Residents who wish to speak will be given up to two minutes each to address those in attendance. Participants who prefer not to speak publicly may submit a comment card on-site to share thoughts.
