September 2020 - construction to begin 2021
February 2021 - Project going out to bid
March 2021 - Project Bid Opening, 03/25, awaiting bid tab and recommendation
April 2021 - Bid contractor awards going before Commission for approval in April
June 2021 - 15% Complete, construction underway: pouring concrete connecting walks
July 2021 - 20% Complete, construction continuing
August 2021 - 30% Complete, installation of fitness equipment to be installed.
November 2021 - 40% Complete, awaiting shade structure and new playground equipment to arrive on site.
February 2022 - 98% Complete, shade structure completed, playground equipment completed, working on last punch list items.
May 2022 - 98% Complete, Continuing contractor's and CCD punch list items.
June 2022 - 98% Complete, Continuing CCD punch list items to finish project.
August 2022 - 99% Complete, Continuing finishing items to get ready for Ribbon Cutting.
February 2023 - 100% Complete; ribbon cutting to be scheduled
