- July 2018 - Public input survey being developed
- September 2018 - Public input survey conducted
- December 2018 - In design
- February 2019 - project out to bid
- March 2019 - Bid awarded, contracting underway
- June 2019 - Construction underway
- July 2019 - 20% Complete
- September 2019 - 45% Complete, pavilion construction, playground under construction
- November 2019 - 75% Complete: Pavilion completed, Playground completed, Construction on the cricket field/practice pitch; trees need to be planted.
- January 2020 - 90% Complete, Practice pitch under construction, center pitch under construction
- March 2020 - Construction Complete
