Rapid Response: Real Answers, Real Solutions

BREC’s Rapid Response Ticket Program is designed to make it easy for the community to report maintenance or safety concerns across our parks and facilities so we can quickly address them. Whether it’s a broken swing, a downed tree or an area that needs extra attention, community members can now submit an issue by phone, online or via the mobile app. Each ticket is routed directly to the appropriate BREC team, ensuring issues are tracked, prioritized, and resolved as efficiently as possible. At its core, this program is about serving the community better and faster — giving residents a simple way to share concerns and helping BREC deliver safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for everyone to enjoy.
