Meet Preservation Yoga Owner and Instructor, Eric LaCour

Leela Yoga is a community-centered yoga studio in Baton Rouge offering a wide variety of daily classes for all levels, interests, and seasons of practice. From strong vinyasa and hot yoga to restorative, prenatal, meditation, and specialty classes, Leela creates space for students to move, breathe, and deepen their connection to self. We also offer 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings, continuing education workshops, retreats, and community events for those ready to grow their practice beyond the mat.
Meet Leela Yoga's Founders, Allie and Brittnee
Leela is a woman-owned studio, held together by two women deeply devoted to creating spaces that feel real, welcoming, and rooted in connection.
Allie Zuber, one of Leela’s founding owners, is truly one of the kindest people you’ll meet. She has poured her heart, soul, and energy into this studio from the very beginning. A 500-hour certified teacher and lead instructor in Leela’s 200-hour training, her presence brings a steady sense of calm, care, and depth to the space.
Brittnee Castille has been a passionate part of Leela since its early days. Also a 500-hour teacher and lead instructor in the 200-hour training, she brings a grounded, heart-led energy to everything she creates. Known for her ability to bring people together, Brittnee is devoted to building community through classes, events, retreats, and shared experiences that foster real connection.
Together, they’ve shaped Leela into more than a yoga studio—it’s a space where people come to connect, grow, and be fully themselves.
